No matter what you are going through right now in life know that you have the power to make it through. Yes, you have the power. Not because of you but because of Jesus. Jesus is there to pick you up when things get tough. Jesus had the power to calm the storm and through Jesus, you have the power to make it through your storms. With Jesus, you can walk through the rains in your life and dance because they do not have power over you. The storms do not have to control your life and weigh you down. Jesus gives you the power to stand. Jesus gives you the power to walk. Jesus gives you the power to overcome. - Kevin Dick

Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Sometimes in life, we go through periods where things seem to be like ashes. Things seem to be dead and over. When we seek after Jesus Christ we can rise up from the ashes to new life. A new purpose and fulfillment in life. Jesus Christ himself rose up from the ashes of death so that we can do the same. Do not settle for a life of ashes but come to Jesus and find new life and enjoyment as you rise up from the ashes. - Kevin Dick

Pslam 27:4 "One thing I ask from the LORD, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple."

Do you want to be a hero? You do not have to be popular, rich, good looking, talented, etc. Anyone can be a hero. Be a hero by doing what is right and showing others love. God can use anyone to be a hero because it is not about us but it is about God. God looks at the heart. God can take you and mold you into that great hero that will have a positive effect on others and our world. - Kevin Dick

Isaiah 40: 28-31 "Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."

Do not compare yourself to others. Why? Because God has made you special and unique. You might not be able to do some things that others can do but you have been given your own special gifts. You are beautiful and have a purpose for the gifts that God has given you. Be the best that you can be! - Kevin Dick
